  • Play HORSE Inside

    It's okay to "horse around" at home as long as you do it safely and it's part of a controlled game. You will need a ball and a basket for this fun activity. Challenge your family members to try and do the same trick shot that you did.

  • Play Kitchen Tennis

    Can't go outside? No problem! There are plenty of ways to stay active while indoors. Why not try out this fun activity with the family!

  • Play shelf ball in your kitchen

    You need some drawers to open and some bouncing balls to participate in this fun game you can play any time of day. Try to go for the single, double, triple and even a homerun in your own kitchen!

  • Tennis in Your Living Room

    If you are missing sports, why not play a little tennis indoors! You'll need a paper plate, some paint sticks or rulers, a balloon, tape, and a few chairs.

  • Red Light Green Light Game

    The classic game with a fun twist that children of all ages will enjoy. This can be done inside or outside if the weather is nice! All you need is someone to call out the colors, and a finish line.

  • Play trash can basketball at home

    All you need are two equally sized trash cans and two bouncy balls. Have fun staying active and staying safe inside.

  • Wall Bop

    For this fun indoor game, you'll need some paper that you can draw some letters on and a soft object to throw on a door or wall in your house.

  • Play a game using playing cards and spoons

    Grab a deck of playing cards and some spoons from your kitchen. This is a fun way to occupy your mind and your body at the same time. Get active indoors safely with your whole family!

  • Alien Invasions

    You'll need some tape, some water bottles or cups, and some balled up socks to play along! Gather up your family members inside and play safely indoors.
